Filmmaker Resume: Screenwriter, Director and  Producer

As an actor, I often write my own scenes for study, so it felt very natural and satisfying to begin writing screenplays.

In 2010, one of my feature length scripts, “Ana and the Funeral,” made it to the semi-finals of Final Draft’s Big Break contest, out of thousands of submissions.

Inspired by this, in 2011, I condensed the script to 25 minutes and then produced, directed, and starred in it. Since then I've kept on writing, producing, and directing various projects.

And I'm very proud that my film, "808," is an official selection in 17 film festivals and has won 8 awards, including Best Director and Best Indigenous short film.
